Are you feeling stuck with chronic pain, searching for effective chronic pain management options, but the doctors don’t have answers? Has your pain significantly impacted your daily activities, making it difficult to enjoy the things you once loved? Whether you've been living with pain for a few months or several decades, I offer chronic pain management strategies that can help you reduce your pain and reconnect with a joyful life in a reasonable timeframe.

In my own journey with chronic pain, I explored every option to find relief, eventually discovering Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT). This approach was a life-changing solution for me and has been transformative for many of my clients. As a therapist trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, I incorporate this research-backed method into my chronic pain management sessions, which has shown remarkable results in reducing pain and helping clients maintain their improvements even a year later.

With firsthand experience managing my own chronic pain condition (fibromyalgia since 2017), I bring a unique, empathetic perspective to my work. My chronic pain management approach is tailored to each individual's story and challenges, recognizing that each person’s pain is different. In addition to PRT, I also integrate other evidence-based methods to enhance your quality of life and help you get back on track.

If you're ready to explore chronic pain management that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of your pain, I invite you to call for a consultation. Together, we can create a personalized plan that supports you in having more good days than bad.
